I am a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. I study computer science, and I am particularly interested in computational and quantitative biology. I am interested in the development and optimization of algorithms as well as the employment of more advanced statistical methods in the analysis of sequential biological data such as genetic and genomic data in light of trends like the shift toward whole-genome analysis. Another interest of mine is computer architecture and systems programming, particularly in hardware acceleration of algorithms such as those used in computational biology.

I am also interested in the geographic region of Southeast Asia with which I engage through the Southeast Asian studies minor and my affiliation with Cornell's Southeast Asia Program (SEAP).

I am also currently a teaching assistant for CS 4700: Foundation of Artificial Intelligence for the Spring 2024 semester, and I am a member of the Cornell Design Build Fly Project Team.
